Refund policy

This policy covers every U2ber Cohort subscription: Single tool, Student, Monthly and Annual.

Monthly plans

Single tool (₹299), Student (₹499) and Monthly (₹999) plans can be cancelled at any time. Cancelling stops the next charge, and you keep access until the end of the month you've already paid for. Payments for a month that has already started are not refunded.

Annual plan

If the Annual plan (₹8,999) isn't right for you, write to us within [7] days of payment and we'll refund it in full. After [7] days, the annual fee is not refundable, but you keep access for the full year.

Student plan verification

If your college ID can't be verified, you won't be charged. If you were charged before verification failed, we refund the full amount.

Duplicate or failed payments

If you were charged twice, or charged without getting access, contact us and we'll refund the extra amount after checking it with Razorpay.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within [5–7] working days, depending on your bank.

How to ask for a refund

Email [EMAIL] or WhatsApp [NUMBER] with the name and email on your account and your payment ID.
